This refund policy applies to MenueQR subscriptions and related charges.

MenueQR is provided as a B2B service. This policy is intended for business users (entrepreneurs under Sec. 14 BGB), not consumers (Sec. 13 BGB).
Billing models: monthly, yearly, or custom invoice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period.
A trial may run for 14 days. If not cancelled in time, it converts to a paid subscription.
No pro-rata refund is granted for unused time in an already paid billing period.
Refunds are reviewed mainly for proven double charges, technical billing errors, fraud, or comparable documented exceptional cases.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment source; for invoice payments, to the original account.
Bank/payment fees may be retained to the extent permitted by law. Pricing and refunds are handled with applicable tax/VAT treatment.
Chargebacks are handled case-by-case. Access may be temporarily limited or suspended while a dispute is under review.
Goodwill refunds may be granted at discretion and do not create future entitlement.
Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Consumer withdrawal rights under Sec. 312g BGB do not apply in this B2B context.
